techsupport [time
Section titled “techsupport [time”[Command] **techsupport ** [time days|transmission remote-ip A.B.C.D remote-user user_name remote-path path[port port_number]]
[Purpose] Collect switch status and log information.
[Parameters]
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| days | Specify the collection period in “days”, and the default is the last 7 days. |
| A.B.C.D | Specify the IP address of the remote server/host, if not, the file will be placed in the /tmp directory of the switch by default. |
| user_name | Specify the user name of the remote server/host. |
| path | Specify the destination file path. |
| port_number | Specify the transfer port number, and the default is 22. |

[Notes] When you caught an abnormal while the switch is working, please run this command. It will conveniently collect the status, table entries, and syslogs of the device to pack them into a file. The filename starts with diag_collect. We will provide you with necessary technical support.
